A group of aviation professionals, educators, and interested local citizens joined together to capitalize on the rapid growth in the aviation and aerospace sectors by forming the Northeast Oregon Aviation Foundation (NEOAF) with the mission of bringing aviation education to Wallowa County youth. 

Founded in 2016, the NEOAF continues to strive to expand its programs and offerings to the community. We hope that you will be able to take part in one or more of the many exciting events that we are offering this year and experience firsthand the pride we take in supporting our cause.

NEOAF can only achieve its goals with the assistance of generous donations from businesses and members of our community. Without these donations, serving those in our area would not be possible.
